It looks like the same conclusion that was came to in your previous post.
In your previous post, you admitted fault for the violation and was unable to dispute it or prove Amazon wrong. Your January 29th reply from Amazon said said: "We will continue to keep your Amazon seller account deactivated to prevent harm to our customer, other selling partners, and our store."
So that's what they did, and once you contacted Jeff Bezos' Executive seller relations team, they were able to confirm that statement.
But you harmed other selling partners by not having a brand authorization agreement in place or buying from one of the brand's authorized wholesale distributors.
And you harmed customers by selling items that had a warranty but didn't, because you purchased your items from a retailer, and have no legitimate supply chain, as manufacturer's warranties only apply when you purchase from a wholesale distributor.

I would like to have explication on my case... but receive just ghosting. So disrespectfull.
