FBA Discrepancies, 24 units expected -24 found
Sent in 24 units on January 10th 2024, utilized the Amazon shipping service via UPS, delivered the box directly to a UPS store, tracking info shows delivered to the FBA in Virginia, Amazon FBA inventory shows delivered, but trying to get anyone to acknowledge that the FBA DC has lost my inventory is a bit of insanity. Stuck in an endless loop of a automated email to my case, asking for a signed invoice that doesn't exist since the label was generated by Amazon and digitally printed. They have every single but of info available concerning this case and are closing my case due to lack of information.... If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hi @Seller_piEEInpRq1GXA,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help!
Can you please provide me with a case id? In terms of the question around Invoices, please see some additional info below.
If your shipment is not eligible for investigation, it may still be processing at the fulfillment center. If it is eligible, you will need to provide a couple of documents to launch an investigation.
Proof of inventory ownership including the date of purchase/packing, product names, and quantity such as
- a signed packing slip if you are the manufacturer with the shipment or purchase order ID
- an invoice from a supplier including the full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser
Proof of delivery, which, for LTL or FTL shipments, will be the bill of lading showing
- the number of boxes in the shipment
- the total weight when picked up by the carrier
- an Amazon stamp confirming the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center
If you believe your shipment has been lost on it's way to the Fulfillment Center, provide the drop-off receipt or proof of pick-up from the carrier.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Best,
Dominic
