Urgent inquiry concering a received email from Amazon: (You are receiving this email because you have FBA inventory in an Amazon Fulfillment Center that we determined as “Unsuitable Units”)
I received an email today from the Amazon UAE marketplace that stated: ("You are receiving this email because you have FBA inventory in an Amazon Fulfillment Center that we determined as 'Unsuitable Units." and my product listing will be removed soon")
I don't understand why they sent me that email. My product was approved and activated by Amazon around 6 months ago after they reviewed my product documents, including the product registration, and they informed me that my product become eligible for listing.
I have been selling my product on Amazon for around six months with good sales, good reviews, and a good reputation. Additionally, there are many similar products from other companies being sold on Amazon without any problems. Please help.
