This has been a typical scenario for us as well. Same warehouse "Unreceiving" product days later or sometimes even a different warehouse "Unreceiving" the product.
It seems that some problems are occuring because of warehouse transfers being improperly recorded as a reduction in quantity. In some cases the problem gets resolved when the warehouse transfer is completed and the FBA is closed.
Other times the FBA gets closed with discrepencies and then you need to send your invoice, etc. etc. to get them to resolve the problem. Of course they will immediately reply with "Nope...we investigated and received this many and you shipped the wrong quantity = DISPUTE REJECTED". Then days later it may get resolved if you escalate. Huge inconvenience and waste of resources because the shipments are not being properly received.
We're continually made out to be incompetent as sellers, not being able to count what we put in the FBA boxes (matched up to the webform, photos, inventory logging, etc.). Very frustrating....

I have one FBA order got refunded two weeks ago because "unable to deliver" then the item disappeared not going back to my inventory, seller support was just copy and paste and the answer not relevant (Amazon should really fire these employees) finally got hop on someone and I was told I had to wait 45 days before they can issue a reimbursement.

To whom it may concern!
What is this? Who put this here? Who has access to my account? If so it could be a risk to invest in here. I want a clarification of this. Please!

Same issue here. In about 60% my shipments, one goes missing.. Our warehouse staff have counted, and recounted to ensure that everything checks out before we send to Amazon and still the same issue occurs. What is worst is that sometimes we get an inbound issue problem where we are dinged for the missing item. Frustrating to say the least. i accept it now becuase it costs me more to fight with Seller support than to accept the issue so I end up doing the latter, unfortunately. I hope there can be some accountability. This is so frustrating.

I had 20 pairs of nike socks that didn't get received also... Not sure if someone opened the box and stole them or what. If you have an invoice you should be able to get reimbursed. Not sure how it works, but thats what I have been told.

soon you will know not just one, I lost hundreds of products every month. EG: send 500, FBA only receives 495, happens all the time.
