FIX ERROR 8572
I'm attempting to list a new product in my Amazon catalog but am encountering error 8572, which states that I'm using UPCs that do not match the product I'm trying to list.
However, I'm using the correct and original UPC that is printed on the product's box, and all the listing information is accurate. The UPC is brand new, so I'm unsure why this error is occurring.
How can I resolve this issue and successfully list my product?

Is this your own brand that you bought and registered UPCs for or a branded product that you're listing?
If it's your own brand, how long ago was the UPC registered with GS1? You may just need to give it more time to let Amazon's system sync with GS1.

Hi @iconditional,
Thanks for the post and case id. I will review your case and respond back to you on this post.
For error code 8572, in general Amazon only determines the validity of a UPCs via GS1. If you are using a different UPC database Amazon may not not accept the UPC as Valid.
Thanks in advance for your patience.
