Different Brand Names Listed For The Same Product

While looking through some items for sale, I noticed for example, someone selling a name brand product like "Stanley" brand. It states "Stanley" as the brand in the product header/description. However, if I scroll down to the Product Information Technical section, some other name is listed as the "Brand Name". How is this possible? New to Seller Central. Thanks for any clarification on this.

Hi @Seller_0DqTehp0cfjpP

Do you have an example for me? I can't know for sure until I at least look at the product but sometimes this can happen for a multitude of reasons!

To iterate though, Brand Name updates are not accepted under Amazon Policy!
