Adding fashion jewelry items
HI....I'm beyond frustrated. I've tried listing items for over 3 years without anyone actually responding to help me out. I'm trying to list fashion jewelry items made from leather and wood and I constantly get it rejected for having to be approved for "fine jewelry" when it's not a fine jewelry item. It's fashion jewelry. I have tried dozens of times and get so frustrated because it keeps trying to put my product in fine jewelry when I'm not selling anything like gems or precious metals. I just want to talk with someone and I keep getting case messages, "Answered" when no one has contacted me and they send me an email completely unrelated to my issue and that doesn't resolve it in the least.

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns. I've reviewed some of your recent cases and at this time I suspect you may be having an issue as your cases do not contain a screenshot of the error. There are a number of reasons that when you attempt to add the product you are getting this error so you may want to provide the steps you are taking so that they can see where the error is occurring in the process. I would recommend you provide the specific details to Seller Support and provide your Seller Support case here so I can assist if there is any misunderstandings. Thank you for your understanding.
