FBA packages delivered to Amazon but they say its empty

This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I sent in inventory and they tell me one of my boxes was missing all 30 of the items. So in other words everyone missed the empty box. Myself who actually did all the packaging, UPS who weighed and took the package and Amazon who received the product according to tracking.

When I asked them to verify again and opened an investigation, they came back saying we counted them again and they are missing. (Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed)

SO frustrating as these mistakes cost me thousands of dollars and really hard to recover.

Anyone had any luck with further investigations? Its now telling me I cant do anything else.

Good luck, We lost a lot like that as well. File a claim with UPS and have them fight it out but don't hold your breath.

Hello@Seller_8GNxl8dUGVxsx

Thanks for contacting Amazon forums, it's a pleasure to assist.

I looked into your account and couldn't find a related case ID. Could you please share the case ID in which the investigation was completed?

I will make sure to dive deeper into it.

Hello,

We’ve encountered this issue a few times ourselves, but rest assured, Amazon has always sided with us. Here's what you need to do:

1.Open a case with Amazon Seller Support to request an inspection of the shipment.

They will ask for the following:

-Purchase invoice

-Shipment label with the tracking ID

-Proof of delivery

2.Purchase invoice date should be earlier than the shipment date (as it is in 99.9% of cases).

3.Wait for Amazon to complete the inspection.

Due to our reliable track record, Amazon has compensated us for any losses. I hope this helps!

Warm regards,
