Amazon keeps cancelling our removal orders and has been happening since May 12

Hello @Christine_Amazon

We’ve been attempting to place removal orders, but unfortunately, every single one has been automatically cancelled by the system without explanation.

Despite creating multiple cases, we have yet to receive a definitive resolution. The situation is critical, as we have seasonal inventory that needs to be cleared, and stranded units are beginning to negatively impact our IPI performance.

One of the pending cases currently under review by the leadership team is:

Case ID: 17808203831

However, we have not received any updates yet.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and help expedite a resolution.

Me too, keeps being cancelled, I get no message whatsoever from them and they keep telling me to wait 90 days it's the only thing they say like robots

And there is also no way to see the situation

same here . all the time cancelled since middle May . Now , im worry that Amazon will disposed our inventory if ''they can't not return the products'' . we have over 15 removal orders . all the time cancelled. Also the one that Amazon automatic created the removal order. now i can't get my stuff back . Amazon what is going on ?????

hi any update on the side ? Got the same issue . Amazon replied " Upon checking, we see that units are cancelled because the units are stored in ineligible locations "
