AWD casepack labelling when using masterpacks
Hi, I'm shipping into AWD and understand that I need a label per box / case pack. Our supplier ships units in master packs, for example we have casepacks of 100 individual units each, with 4 case packs shipped in a master pack (so a shipment of 800 units would be shipped as 2 master packs).
I will label each case pack as required by AWD, however how can I avoid any issues receiving my shipment since they will be inside master packs with no labels on the outside? Also, this means I will only have tracking numbers at the master pack level, and I won't be able to supply tracking numbers for each individual case pack. Will this cause any issues, and if so, what do I do to address it?

Hi @Seller_MR4NkpjhHmj9g,
You would need to ship individual cartons to AWD with SSCC labels present on each carton as AWD does not receive/inbound cartons as master cartons.
