FBA LOST INVENTORY reimburesment
In transit inbound failure misplacement of units has become very common at FBA this needs to be escalated as I will not send any more inventory for sale unless these issues are resolved.
On top of this, investigation team ask for multiple documents - Invoice, Date of purchase , Qty Bill of lading and if we dont have an actual supplier invoice, lost inventory will not be reimbursed.
So many situations we purchase online and online receipts only or in purchase store receipts, how is that an inventory of $50- $500 cannot be reimbursed if there is no actual supplier invoice.
What an alternate of supplier invoice accepted by investigation team ?

Go to seller university and watch the videos of correct sourcing.
RECEIPTS are not accepted by Amazon, you should have learnt that. On top be happy if they don't suspend your account. Since you sell BRANDS and you do NOT have a written "Letter of Authorization" from these brands you risk IP complaints from these brands, which will lead to the confiscation of your products and suspension of your account.
