What should I do with my order due to a Canada Post strike?
Due to the Canada Post strike, most orders cannot be delivered, but the delivery time cannot be changed. How should I handle my order?
Tell the customer that the package cannot be delivered,The customer gave me a bad review on my account,I requested to delete but was told that it does not meet the review deletion policy and cannot be deleted. I applied for an extension of delivery time, but Amazon customer service told me that I cannot extend the delivery time.
I can only tell the customer to extend the delivery, but the customer will give me a bad review on my account. What should I do?

Why are you allowing Canadian orders?
You will probably need to cancel the order. And yes, there is a chance of negative feedback.
Take whatever measures are necessary to prevent Canadian orders until the strike is settled.

Put your Canadian FBM ASINS to zero inventory. OK, you will have no more sales, BUT still a seller account...
If you accept orders that can't be delivered - for whatever reason - Amazon will deactivate your account.
