My Amazon Account Has Been Closed Please Support.

Hello dear amazon officials;

My account was closed 16 days ago under the name of verification. There is no transaction that I haven't done in 16 days. Even though all my address information is correct, it says incomplete and incorrect even though I sent the documents correctly. I don't know what to do. Now they accused me of fraud. I sent all the documents. If I'm making a mistake somewhere please help me. I am a mother who has no job other than Amazon,
