My buy box rate dropped from 27% to 0%

Hello amazon professionals.

Overnight I went from being eligible to being the featured offer (buy box) on several products for no apparent reason.

My buy box rate dropped to 0% even though I had the best prices and also the best delivery time. Even products where I'm the only seller with fair prices I can't get the buybox.

Would you like to understand what happened? This greatly impacted my sales.

NOTE: My account is healthy.

Account Health Rating - 204

Order Defect Rate - 1%

Feedback- 5 stars - 100%

Late Shipment Rate - 1.15%

Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate - 0%

Valid Tracking Rate - 100%

I have contacted seller support multiple times but none are able to provide solutions.

Please also help me forward our CASE.

You will never get an answer. It's a magical algorithm that will never be exposed. Your Account Health is only part of why you may or may not have eligibility or the buy box. Maybe it's someone else's turn to have it for a bit, that's how it's supposed to work.

MY 'buy box' (NOW Featured Offer) varies from 0% to 5%. One day I had 25%+ and almost had a stroke.

As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 notes it's Amazon magic -- a mystery shrouded in fog and obfuscation on their part.

I get sales so I don't worry as long as they are still ELIGIBLE. Just sell and collect the money.

1. did you lose your Feature offer Eligibilty ?

2. order 1 percent is high.. you mean .001 because amazon will write it as.01 which is .001
