Vacation Mode
We turned on vacation mode for our Amazon shop on Dec 23 for Christmas. Turned it back on on Dec 26 in the morning. It has now been 24 hours and we have not received any FBM orders. Very unusual for us to go 24 hours without an order. I did a chat with Amazon customer service. They said my account is on and my listing are active. Do you other sellers find it takes longer than 24 hours for listings to show up? We've actually been doing this for over 10 years and it hasn't ever taken this long for orders to start rolling in. Also, does anyone using the Amazon Seller App know why my sales chart on the home page shows Dec 26 and Dec 27 sales (vacation mode off) in gray? Does this have to do with my account being on vacation mode?

Hi Cooper. My sales did pick up after two days. I did finally find an answer about the gray bar graph on the phone app. The gray bars turn orange after the payments go through. Thanks you for your response.

I'm cut off after Xmas...Going on vacation can effect your "status" among the "blessed"...Once your Sprinkler is off its hard to get it on again.

I wanted to follow up with you regarding your post. Hope your listings were able to come back soon after you turned off vacation mode. We have a great post -->HERE<-- about how to boost sales in the New Year. I also wanted to see if your bar graphs were still showing as grey? I am unable to replicate the app view on my end so I don't see the bar graphs unfortunately (just the line graphs on your account).

I had the same issue with getting my listings back to where they were before vacation mode was turned on...
My order flow was completely dead for almost a week (unusual for me)
I decided to run a search myself for my listings and they were not findable at all under certain terms that they were previously.. contacted amazon and they said there was an issue and they fixed it (which they did)
It is definitely worrisome that this happens, and makes you never want to turn on vacation mode.... which for a normal perrson running their own small business is kind of impossible.
