Buy Box "competitve pricing"
I got an email saying my product is not eligible for the buy box due to pricing. On Amazon, the lowest FBA price is $16.25 and the lowest FBM price is $14.88. When you go to the product, there is no buy box, only "other selling options". Amazon does not show a buy box unless it is a "competitive price" which they have as $11.99. After product cost and FBA fees, there is no profit at that price. Has anyone come across this issue before? Do your products sell at your price, or are you forced to lower it?

All the time as most sellers do. Amazon is irrational and doesn't care about real world pricing INCLUDING shipping charges when they compare.

I do a set and forget price when I list things. They either sell here or they will sell at other sites that I am on and I will save on the fees if sold elsewhere.
