A Buyer has left a 1-Star Review of a product I offer (I do not own the brand, and there are a few other sellers on the ASIN) by stating that the product is not made of the ingredients listed but, is instead claiming that it is made with synthetic/fake ingredients.

This is completely false, inaccurate, harmful, and it has severely affected sales ever since, especially since it's the most recent review. This product had a 4.5 to 5-Star Rating until this occurred (all it took was one 1-Star) to completely tank the overall rating as there are only two other reviews to go by.

I've reported this review with hopes it would be taken down however, unfortunately it's still there. Is there anyone at Amazon that can please assist with this? It's slanderous and malicious (in my opinion) to post a 1-Star Review stating that the ingredients aren't what is listed when in fact they are. This is someone who tried to pass their opinion of the product as 'factual information', and it has caused a lot of harm as a result given it's inaccurate/false.

Feeling helpless and frustrated here. I'm unsure if this review was left as a result of a sale via myself or one of the other few sellers on the listing however, they've likely been affected the same as I have.
