This is not about trust. This is about proof. The required proof for FBM order completion is a signature, as per Amazon policies.

If your carrier fails to collect a signature, Amazon can refund the customer if a claim emerges, and you must subsequently claim to your carrier for service failure. Having insurance on your shipments is important, and it is generally free if you sell products below 100$.

I have buyers (scammers) consistently buying my products, replacing the parts, and sending them back. Each time, we lose 50-80 bucks. This is sick. We used to raise the price to cover those costs, but Amazon intentionally set a competitive price, so there is no feature offer for those products.
