A-to-Z team hitting a new low every single day

Does it make any sense to anyone?

"The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates delivered, but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves that the order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate."

Amazon granted a $1400 claim and did us a favor by not counting it against ODR! i am really baffled!!!

Update: Customer confirmed that she received the package and wants to cancel the refund and keep the products but Amazon denied our appeal stating that "you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove delivery." Seriously, this place has become a joke!!
