I lunch new product in the end of OCTOBER. In the end of January it was 3 month and couple of days.
I had 174 units in stock and Amazon requested to remove 114 units as excess, otherwise they will charge me $1500.
I created removal order. I DID NOT WANT AMAZON TO CHARGE ME THIS HUGE FEE.
Product was not selling well and now after I created removal order over suddenly it start moving.
My plan was to start fulfilling orders myself. In order to do that I need Amazon get my product to me.
I do not know how long it will take. If course Amazon saying 90 days max.
It use to be fast now nothing moving fast.
Did somebody had resent experience with removal orders? Please, let me know about and any advises welcome.
I put so much effort and money to lunch this product I do not want to run out of stock and start over again.
Another question is IF I NEVER RECEIVE THIS ORDER CAN I ASK FOR REINBURSTMENT

I've had removal orders get to me in 3 days. I've also had them take up to 7 months. Typical is probably in the range of 3-4 weeks.

3 days to 2 years. Yes, really. BUT, I was once told by Seller Support that if the items are in an open removal order they don't charge storage on it. I haven't done a deep dive to verify this with our account.

Up to 8 months. Its not a fun process when you have thousands in stock. Amazon burned an ASIN due to an internal technical error that could not be corrected. We built a new ASIN, removed inventory, applied new labels and sent them back in. About 10k in all. The joys of Amazons. They never disappoint.

Often, you will request 117. They will send you 15 and cancel 102. Then you have to go put another removal order request. So you try again, then send you 22, and cancel 80. Then you try again. Oh, that isn't counting the 33 that they say are "not available for removal."
So first, go find the original removal order [in orders, you pick the non-Amazon channel choice to filter]. See if some units were shipped and the rest cancelled.

I am now just getting stuff I issued removed back almost a year ago. Nothing but speediness by the amazon FBA team. I imagine there is just a massive pile of stuff that needs to be removed but since it does not generate money, there is no urgency to remove it.

I have 3 removal orders that are over six months old. They keep canceling and reordering the removal automatically and then it stays in pending for 3-4 weeks.
Then rinse and repeat.
Same garbage template answer from Amazon garbage seller support.
Literally, nothing you can do besides wait (or cancel and pay the $1500 fee to continue selling?).
