Hello, We want to ship with OnTrac through Amazon Buy Shipping to offer a better delivery area and time frame. I am trying to find information about their pickups. For Example, what is the pickup window? Is there a minimum requirement for the volume of shipments? Etc. I've searched Amazon's Articles and found an outdated article with a number to contact, however the number goes to a useless pre-recorded message that doesn't address anything with Pickups.
