First, as a general rule of thumb, always test sell your product for a at least a month to see the salability of the item, so you have a base line to assess your actions. This will also let you know if you can still meet your desired profit and buy advertising or use FBA.
Second, remember that all advertising comes out of your unearned profit. Never take your attention off of the desired profit that has to be made. Amazon is designed to take as much of a seller's profit as they can, and way they can. Believing all their hype and taking your eyes off YOUR profit often leads to Amazon taking all of a seller's profit.
Third, Keywords. There are only so many words in the English language. What key words do you think you can use to set your product away from tother sellers? They are already being used by 100.000 other sellers. And some new sellers pay a service to generate key words for them. The problem is, those services have already told the new seller's competitors the same words.
Fourth, Titles. On Amazon, effective short and to the point 3-to-5-word titles are much more effective that any key words.
Fifth, but the most important is product. Amazon selling is very simple, sell only products that buyers want and need as they sell themselves. Your problem is that your product is one that there are 40,000 other sellers are offering on Amazon. You will have a very long up hill battle to get each sale.
