credit card coming invalid
credit card was charged, the information of the card is valid, yes its a VISA card, everythinng matches and i was also charged 39 usd and it does show up on my bank account, still the card is coming as invalid

If you are using a debit card, Amazon will go ahead and take their fee from that card, but it still won't work to make your selling account active.
It must be a true credit card -- not debit.

When you register as a seller, you must enter a credit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country.
Amazon accepts the following credit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
Please note that alternative charge methods, such as prepaid cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal are not accepted.
