Orders not showing up.
I get email notifications of orders. I came to work yesterday and saw that overnight I only had three orders. Went to the seller central it showed I had eight. Went to look at the orders and only three came up. I began to look for these 5 orders. They did not show up on late, cancelled or anything that I could easily find. So, I use Ship Station for all my shipping. I went there and there were the 5 missing tickets. I have a shipping manager that pretty much is on it. I asked him and he said they were not there yesterday. I took down the orders and punched them in. They came up that way. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to get Amazon to fix it?

Are your date ranges set appropriately? Are they in Pending? Were they placed and then cancelled?
