I just reviewed your account and see that you have to complete your tax profile before we can proceed with your account re-activation.
Can you go to your Seller Central profile --> Account Info --> Click on Tax Information ; from there fill out all filed and press submit.
Once you do this, our partner team will review your account on the backend and provide you with next steps.
