Buy Box Loss Assistance

My buy boxes suddenly disappeared on January 29th, and I couldn't understand what happened. When I checked my account health, there was nothing wrong, and my ODR score was at 0%. However, they were all gone. When I contacted Amazon support, they told me that I was no longer eligible for the buy box, which is why it disappeared. More than half of my inventory was on the buy box, so how could I suddenly lose my eligibility? Days later, a customer opened an A-to-Z claim, and my ODR score went above 2%. When I contacted Amazon support again, they now said that it was due to my ODR score. However, my buy box eligibility was lost days before my ODR score was affected, so this issue is not related to my ODR score. Amazon support first didn’t help me, and later, when my ODR score was affected, they only told me to improve my ODR score but refused to help further. Despite explaining that my buy box disappeared when my ODR score was 0%, I have not received any assistance. I have not had my buy box for a long time, and this has significantly affected my sales. Currently, I am unable to receive any orders. I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and help restore my buy box eligibility.

One thing we noticed is that the Auto Bots scan the web and if they find products with same UPC or similar items, you might loose buy box. We have seen items that were priced at $14 lost buy buy box, went down to $13.89 box buy recovered.

We noticed as well when someone is clearing inventory, and drops the price to clear it, it screws up the buy box eligibility as well. Need to wait few weeks before you regain buy box. That system is extremely flawed, but that is nothing new with Amazon. play around with prices and see what happens.
