Scammers in the name of Customers
Hello Amazon Sellers,
It is allegedly coming to our attention that customers are either asking for a full refund or cancel orders that they have supposedly received. This is affecting our account's healthy status, standing at the risk of deactivation, as these scammers are aggressively acting out of control to harm business.
To some, we apologized for the delay of the packaged, and of good gesture agreed a replica of the product. They refused to honour and went to open up an A to Z Guarantee claim.
The third claim is being opened up for the same product.
These customers get their money through A to Z claims and yet again keep the product as it is already delivered.
The most astonishing thing is that Amazon, seemingly, is acting in a way to support these fraudulent scammers in the names of customers.
Do any other business experience the same?

From what I understand, it seems like the packages are being delivered after the promised delivery date. If this is the case, then the customers are entitled to a refund as per Amazon's policy.
Here is what Amazon says*: Ensure delivery is completed before the estimated delivery date: Notify the buyer if a delivery is delayed. If the delivery is late and you don’t resolve the issue with the buyer, it’s likely to result in a granted claim.
I hope this helps, and I wish you the best in resolving these issues.
