Fake review
A buyer recently posted a bad review on our seller page, not one of our listings. They have bought one item from us recently, which was a pack of 2 bottles. They have blatantly lied in their 2 star review and said they only received 1 bottle, not 2. It is not our fault as we use FBA and it is also not Amazon's fault as the system has not yet struck through the review (it has been 2 days since the review was posted). How do we handle this and possibly remove this review from our seller page?

Sounds like they left you Seller Feedback, and you can go to the Feedback Manager here to request them to strike it through since it was fulfilled by FBA.

I understand your frustration with this feedback and you are correct, FBA orders typically qualify for strike through of feedback.
