Default shipping handling time update double take!

No, No, No. The handling capacity can be changed down to one per day, meaning, if I get more than one order per day, Amazon will add a day to the (onerous) handling time assigned by Amazon ( 0-1 day). OK fine, I get more than one order per day. I changed my handling capacity to one. meaning, I thought, if I got 2 or more orders, the allowed handling time would be increased. So, here's the not I got: Go figure!

Hello, Your daily order count for seller-fulfilled orders has fallen below the order handling capacity limit of 1 that you have set up in your shipping settings. We have stopped adding 1 day to the estimated ship date for 0 day, 1 day, and 2 day handling time orders. "To update your order handling capacity limit in your shipping settings, follow the steps added below: In Seller Central, navigate to “Shipping Settings.”Go to “General Shipping Settings.” In the “Handling Time” section, click “Edit.”Update the “Order handling capacity” to the limit you would like to set. Click “Save.”default

Hi @Seller_D7mNsI9QDpUdP,

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Apologies in advance but curious if you elaborate on the issue? Are you looking to get back to the 2 day handling time? If so you are able to edit the handling time at the SKU level to change this.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Best,

Dominic
