Amazon account suspended

Hello Amazon team. I sent you the documents you requested after my Amazon account was suspended.

You did not accept the documents and as a result, I received an email stating that I needed to attend a video verification interview after 60 days. I attended the interview after this email. I had all my documents ready while preparing for the interview. I took a printout of all of them and had them ready to show you

I used the link you sent in the email to attend the interview. I started the interview. During the interview, I told the Amazon employee that I had all the necessary documents with me. And I repeated this several times. But your Amazon employee insisted that there were no other documents required. He said that he had collected the necessary documents. I specifically said that I had proof of payment again, but he said that it was not necessary. As a result, he ended the interview without asking me to show any documents. If you check the interview record, you can see that this is true.

As a result, I received an email today stating that my funds would not be distributed after the interview. I repeat that all my documents are complete.

I request that you present all my documents to me and check them for your approval. And I request a meeting for this. I believe that the entire responsibility for the negative outcome of the previous meeting stems from the irresponsibility of the Amazon employee who entered the meeting. And I believe that what was done was unlawful. Because as I said again, I have all my invoices and payment evidence. I believe that the fraud complaint is also due to a mistake.

Please investigate this issue and help me to redistribute my funds. If you wish, I can enter another meeting. And I can present you with all my documents in this new meeting.
