Seller Idenification Verification Process
Has anyone had this issue before? I have contacted seller support and they keep making me go in circles and closing my case which is extremely frustrating.
Amazon said they needed to verify my identity since my account has been inactive for a few months. Fair enough. I click on the link and it takes me to my account information that tells me that my account is inactive. There is no button or instructions how to reactivate it. I contract seller support and they keep telling me the same thing - press the activate button and follow instructions to which I tell them there isn't a button, or instructions to follow. I even send them a screen shot of my screen. I am then forwarded to the seller identification team who first tells me 1) it isn't a seller identification issue (which is incorrect). The second time I reach out to the seller identification process they tell me they cannot verify my identity because they don't have the documents, To which I respond I have no way to initiate the seller identification process because theres no way to start the process.
Has anyone gone through this that can shed light on what happened or how this was resolved? I have inventory stranded at this point. I have been dealing with this issue for 3 days with no resolution in sight.
