"Your account is inactive" Add A New Credit Card - I Have and it is Being Charged

Once I log in at my seller central account the webpage displays this message: "Your account is inactive - You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."

So I logged into my Amazon Seller account and got this message. I then added the new credit card like it told me too, then 1 charge and 1 reverse charge, which I'm assuming that's amazon checking if the card works (It does)

It's charging the card and the card works yet it still thinks my card is invalid. And now I'm getting emails saying to do the Seller Identity Verification process but I cant even verify myself due to it keep looping back to the inactive page.

Can anyone please help, I have no access to seller support either.

I have seen others with this issue, I can't get help on Seller Central because I just keep being returned to the Error Page. I tried to just close my account and be done but it won't let me do that either. I have been trying for a couple of weeks, I want to list my products or I want to close my account.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.

I was able to mirror your account on my end and did not experience any issues with replacing the card file link. have you tried to clear your browser's cache+cookies or have you tried to access the account from another device or browser?

Also, I do see your identity verification is pending review, and that is located on your global dashboard. That has to be completed before the account is fully active.

As for the card, I'd recommend for you to try adding another one in this account and if you have a buyer account, that can help with the verification as well if you add it there a well.

Make sure that the credit card meets our requirements, but also make sure the billing address, name, expiration and all numbers match.
