Amazon FBA is sending customer wrong items.

Hello

Really need some help here

Amazon is sending customers incorrect variations of my item. For example, if someone ordered variation A, they are sending variation B.

I am confident they were all labeled correctly. Sadly I am getting refunds with "wrong item sent" reason. In my shipments tab, it is also evident that there is a mixup. one variation has a large quantity than expected, the other has less quantity than expected.

I have requested for a bin check, but they just keep telling me to recall my items. I have asked them to send me proof that my vendors mislabeled it. They wont even send that.

Anyone been in this situation and were able to fix it with amazon? How to get my message sent across accurately because they dont seem to understand. Sadly, I cant even get phone calls from them because that feature is glitching on seller support for me and i dont get any calls.

When a customer is purchasing a product, the system prepares one of your items according to the FNSKU on the product. So obviously your manufacturer put the wrong FNSKUs and you have no other choice than creating a removal order and to put the correct FNSKUs.

If you don't live in the USA, make them send to a prep center and send them afterwards a pdf with the correct FNSKUs. Go compare in your "Manage Inventory" and give very precise instructions.
