Stuck in FC Transfer for Over a Year
In October 2023, I shipped 696 units of product to YYZ4, and they were quickly sold out. However, 178 units have been stuck in FC transfer since then, unable to be sold. I raised this issue with the support team in March 2024. After investigating, they assured me the units would become available for sale within a month.
Unfortunately, months passed, and the situation remained unresolved despite my repeated follow-ups. By September 2024, I was shocked to discover that these 178 units, still stuck in FC transfer, were being charged InventoryStorage Overage Fees! These products cannot be sold, disposed of, or moved, yet they have been incurring storage fees, including overage fees.
While the support team has compensated me for the overage fees for the first three months, this situation remains highly distressing.
If you have encountered a similar issue, I would deeply appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this matter effectively.

We have 18 units of the same ASIN that were received at YYZ4 on Nov 20th and transferred to YHM2 on Nov 22th but items appear to be in limbo since then.

Hey! this happened to us a while back. you need to ask for a team lead to call you back. they have this escalated and in some cases get to look into it further. They have bins which i cant remember the exact name, which they put things in and "forget' about them. after we had it escalated multiple times the items got released and were available for sale. try going to your inventory ledger and see the last point of transfer that usually helps when you can trying to make a case
