Hello @Seller_4hBoRA55c1SGu,

It is very common that accounts are deactivated for not having a valid credit card on file. When entering your credit card, you want to ensure that the credit card that will accept international charges and has a valid billing address located in an eligible country.

We accept the following credit cards:

  • American Express
  • Diners Club
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Please note that we do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal. This help page provides additional detail on credit card requirements.

Have you had a chance to open a case with our Support team to troubleshoot your concern? If so, please feel free to provide the case ID number in this thread and I can take a look.

Cheers,

Micah
