INFORM Consumers Act - Tax Verification (In Progress)
I have received a warning stating, "Your account is at risk of deactivation." When I check the INFORM Consumers Act section, the Tax Verification status shows "In Progress", and all other sections are Verified.
However, when I open the tax information section, it states: "Tax information is complete. Your tax information has been validated successfully."
What should I do? The warning won't go away.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve got the same thing.
We messaged with the Support Services officer. They stated that the review is ongoing. I hope it gets approved soon because all my data is up-to-date and accurate. Seeing the deactivation warning when I log into my account is upsetting.

Since the tax information is complete, the banner will go away in couple of days. Your account health rating and status is showing good on my end.
Give it few more days and if you still see the banner, respond back here and I will take a second look and escalate.

I also encountered the same problem, but the message was that the phone number was not checked, and when I clicked on the page, it showed that all the verification had been passed. I have contacted the customer service on 18th, but I have not received a reply so far, and the account has been disabled
