I have a link has been followed by other people to sell for a month or two, can not drive away I can only have been lower than the price of the seller to follow the seller to sell, and now are sold at a loss!

Nothing. If they are willing to sell at a price that is below their cost, that is on them.
Amazon does not enforce MAP pricing policies. It is a free marketplace for pricing.
What you are talking about is price fixing or a monopoly, both of which are illegal in Canada.

In regard to this matter if you think there is abuse, you do have some options for reporting potential abuse, here are some additional details:
