Hello,

I have a product that is currently inactive in my catalog because Amazon removed it, citing that it contains retinol. However, the concentration of retinol in this product is well below the limit allowed by Health Canada. To resolve the non-compliance, I submitted a product compliance declaration along with photos of all six sides of the packaging. However, I have not received any assistance from Amazon to resolve this issue so far.Is there anyone here who could advise or help me with this problem? Thank you for your support.
