dont see my book for sale
when I look for my listing on Amazon I do not see my book. There someone else selling it used. I understand that, but why is my listing not showing up..have I not updated my information ? Is there anyone I could pay to help me with this?

Start by doing something SIMPLE --
Provide the ASIN so others can see if it shows up for them.

I see that you spoke with Selling Partner Support on CASE ID ending in 9811 and they mentioned: "As your account is under individual selling plan, your listings are not eligible to be featured offer."
