Vine reviewer got damaged products

One of my Vine reviewers left a 1-star review because they received a damaged product. As a seller, I take this very seriously and will be working to improve our shipping methods to Amazon to prevent this from happening again.

However, I recall reading that the Vine program has measures in place for situations like this—specifically, that if a reviewer receives a damaged item, a replacement can be requested. Since reviews are such an important factor for our product’s success, I wanted to ask:

Is there anything I can do on my end, such as contacting the reviewer or requesting a replacement to be sent, to help resolve this issue?

That's frustrating for you because you gave away the free product to get a 1-star review. I'm pretty sure according to Amazon's policies, if a product review is mostly about shipping/FBA, you can appeal it and it can be removed.

You could resolve the issue with the buyer, but ultimately it is up to the buyer to update their review at their discretion.
