If you are serious about running a business, then you should stick with the Pro account.
First of all, if you sell only 40 items per month, it's cheaper than the Individual plan. Furthermore, you gain access to reports that you will need to help track your business, and to make filing taxes easier.
The individual plan is intended for the person who is just selling off a few things; it made sense when you could easily sell a few old textbooks or used household items, but it's hard to imagine it being the best choice for anyone selling in today's Amazon environment.

It's not called "Individual" or "Professional" account, but individual or professional selling plan.
This is confounding when creating the account where the system asks if you are an "Individual" or a "Business". This has nothing to do with the selling plans. Someone can own a Single Member LLC and therefore be an "Individual" but that doesn't hinder him to use the "Professional selling plan".
As soon as you sell more than 40 units a month it's economic to change to "professional selling plan". If you sell less than 40 units, you loose money with a professiona selling plan.

Thank you for reaching out and welcome to selling with Amazon. Looks like @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwand @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC have provided some great information and guidance with which plan to choose.
I will provide the plan comparison, however, I feel that this resource would be beneficial to review: Important first steps to start selling
