Help! Continuously receiving malicious negative reviews from competitors
Hello,
Starting from March, we have been receiving puzzling negative reviews about our products. We believe these are malicious reviews orchestrated by competitors who have hired professional reviewers. Please help us maintain fairness and justice on the platform and create a healthy competitive environment.
Here are our reasons for this assessment:
- The profiles of the buyers leaving these reviews consist entirely of negative feedback, indicating they are professional reviewers.
- The negative reviews cover all aspects of our product and seem to compile negative feedback from all customers. While we acknowledge no product is perfect, these reviews appear to lack genuine understanding of our product.(We have consistently been among the top 10 products in our category)
- Some customers intentionally damaged the product and then claimed poor product quality, providing photos as evidence. No one would spend 30 minutes time assembling products that have been received in such a bad condition
We have already submitted case number 14955168521 and 14955242401 but have not received any valuable response yet.
Please help save our store and protect the interests of the Amazon platform.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with these product review. As mentioned by the Seller Support Team in your cases there are two paths to report a Product Review:
1) You can click the "Report Button" on the review and provide the details why you believe this review is in violation.
2) You can report the concern by sending an e-mail with links to the reviews in question that you believe are in violation and your evidence to community-help@amazon.com.
Amazon won't provide the result of these investigations due the confidential nature of these processes, however they will be reviewed in full. Thank you for your understanding.
