I cant reach amazon suspend team with call option
Hello, my account was suspended due to multiple accounts. I think this is a mistake and that's why I asked Amazon to call me, but after I enter my phone number, it says it is connecting, but no one calls. And then the call ends, please help.

Ricardo from Amazon here. I have reached out to our Account Health team. They have advised me the Call Me now option should be working now.
