Yes.
If you wish to continue to sell the item you will need to go through the application process, which typically involves an invoice. Some older accounts will often get approval immediately without submitting invoices, but generally they will ask for a LoA and/or an invoice.

As @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7 notes, you have some work to do.
Amazon is changing the rules on the fly for MANY categories.
Here is the latest information for Gated ASINs that is going to cause massive problems for sellers that have been doing gray market or RA sales --
It's basically a 'we changed our mind, too bad NOT sad' notice.

Greetings @Seller_iFBMeOSbCZKeK,
Thank you for reaching out with your questions on this message. This message indicates that Amazon has additional expectations for approval for the products listed. As mentioned on this help page:
As our catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations for which products should be restricted based on a number of factors. Even if you were selling your product before, you may be subject to new restrictions for the following reasons:
- We have placed new restrictions on existing products that either require you to apply for approval. In some instances, we may not accept applications for review.
- You have received a performance notification related to your product and are required to provide additional information before you can sell it again. You can view these notifications through your Performance Notifications or your Account health page.
If you are unable to get approved and have FBA inventory you can in most instances create a removal order for the units. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you for your understanding.
-Glenn
