Product Review Abuse - Please Help!
Hello,
I received a 2 star customer feedback saying just "Not snugged enough". I noticed that she left an identical review to one of my competitors too.
I use the product myself and it fits perfectly. Also other customers have wrote in their feedback that the product fits perfectly.
When I check the customer's review history, I saw she has left 16 reviews, mostly 1 and 2 stars, and all the reviews has been left on January 17. She doesn't have older reviews.
Her reviews seem very suspicious. For example, she left identical 1 star reviews for 2 different rolling crate listings with one word: "Defected". It seems very strange that she bought 2 ASINs from different brands and both arrived defected.
Obviously she is not a reliable review source. Her reviews consist of 1 or 2 words. I doubt if she can speak English. Please find the screenshot attached.
I have opened a case regarding this issue. Case ID: 14652689421 @Tatiana_Amazonplease escalate the issue and investigate this customer.
Please advice me on removing this feedback.

It most likely will not be removed as it doesn't violate any policy.

Your detective work is better applied elsewhere, the reviews will remain there even if you had proof that is was done with malicious intent. Wont matter, this is Amazon buddy.
If you want fair rules for buyer and seller, you have Etsy and eBay to use and more safe than that but more work, is Shopify.
I get scams from buyers weekly. I watch buyers open returns, then close it to swap to "Inaccurate description" to remove the shipping fee, while still saying the had buyers remorse lol. The system is flawed badly, buyers know it and exploit it while Amazon smiles at our pain.

Ditto other responses. Just keep it moving cos Amazon doesn't care. I recently had a bag of salt returned in place of what was sent to the customer. Amazon said I have to reimburse as normal. This is their platform. Just make sure you are developing your own platform alongside. Don't put all your eggs in one basket (Amazon).

Good luck. Amazon will leave reviews that are clearly intended for other products, blatantly ignorant reviews and even reviews that clearly are inappropriate.
I sell mechanic parts for the industrial market. People leave reviews saying the shoes do not fit. They leave reviews saying that my products taste bad. One guy left a review saying his wife achieved great sexual pleasure using my device. (He bought a carburetor for a small engine from me)

Hi @Seller_7tta56FnSC6fb,
Thanks for the tag in this post!
I looked through the case provided and I would suggest following the steps they laid out in their response by reporting the review using the "report abuse" button below the review.
Reporting it in this manner will ensure your complaint will reach the proper team.
If you still need help once the reviews are reported in that manner, please let me know.

Reviews stay unless Amazon determines bad buyer behavior, but those are generally for people who get free products for reviews. If the buyer is relatively new and reviews every purchase, Amazon will likely find that suspicious over time and remove them.
