Cannot create an ad campaign
I am new and attempting to create a Sponsored Product Campaign. When I click Create Your Campaign on the Amazon Ads page, it just spins and never launches the Campaign Manager. I initially thought that my browser was an issue, but have tried it on numerous devices and the same issue. I loaded the App on my phone and Advertising is not listed anywhere on the app although I've read that I should be able to create a campaign from this app. I have a ticket into support, but nothing for 3 days.
