Hello Experts,

I am a new seller and have listed four items, which my Seller Central account shows as available for sale. However, I have not received any views on these items since last 3 months. All the items are daily use items and not any kind of restricted products.

When I try to locate my products on the Amazon customer page they do not appear in the search results even using the different item names. I have contacted customer support multiple times, and each representative assures that the products are listed but could not explain why they are not viewable. My account is healthy and there is no negative remarks or listing violations.

I have also tried promotions like "Today's Deals" and extra coupon options, but this has not resolved the issue and are not viewable on the deal page (although items are on the deal for almost 7 days and no hits).

Has anyone experienced this before or know why this might be happening? Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
