Returnless Refunds FBA

I sell a low cost item with FBA. When someone wants a return, can I set Amazon to just issue a Returnless Refund? I dont want the item returned because it contains a bunch of small pieces and i dont want to risk reselling an incomplete item. Any options?

Returnless Refunds FBA

When selling FBA, you are agreeing to let Amazon handle the return any way they want. Buyers love it when they do not have to return the item. And while itis the 3rd party seller who has to take the loss, Amazon proudly takes the credit in the buyer's eyes. I guess it should make you feel good too, Right?
