I already sell on amazon.com, but would like to sell in amazon.ca, Do we need GST number from Canadian government to sell on amazon.ca. However Our threshold is lower then 30,000$

No, you don’t need to register for GST/HST if your sales will not get above $30K. However, if you do not register, you can not collect the sales tax. If your sales do exceed that threshold, you will owe the tax for the sales you did not charge and receive sales tax for.
You are also paying sales tax on all of your purchases of supplies and services including imports and Amazon fees. You will not be able to recover those costs if you were not registered.
If your business will continue to be tiny, you need not worry, but you will be paying the sales taxes out of your pocket for all purchases and may owe the CRA for untaxed sales.
If you plan to have more than $30K in annual sales, you are best to register, account for it and deal with the sales taxes for the lower amount until it does get higher than the threshold.
