Remove Order Cancellation

Hello, can you please help us cancel out a removal order, we have been operating in the background and are unable to cancel it. We can't cancel it even if we open a case, the case ID is 14793503131.@Jurgen_Amazon @Ricardo_Amazon @danika_Amazon @Troy_Amazon @Veronica_Amazon

I understand that you want to cancel a removal order. After you have submitted your removal order, you have only a short time during which you can cancel the order. You can cancel the order if it’s in Planning status. Removal orders usually are in Planning status for only a few hours.

If the status is Processing, you will not be able to cancel the order. During peak periods such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holidays, removal orders can stay in Processing status for several weeks.

I reviewed your case 14793503131 and our Seller Support team notified you that the order could not be canceled as it has already moved to Processing phase.
